In life the fey valadrin known as Fintas was a curious one.  He used his time and magic to travel to from plane to plane searching out old and new magics alike.  He loved discovering magical items and unraveling their creation.  In his travels he caught the interest of the God sage Authras.  The god looked fondly on Fintas and chose him to become one of his Knowledge Seekers.  Fintas jumped at the oppertunity to work for the deity.  He helped Authras collect knowledge for many, many years.  Spending time picking the brain of the Ghent the Great Forger within his home forge, nagging Magister with endless questions as he worked his magics throughout the cosmos, and getting to sit in awed wonder watching Arafel create new and wonderous items in her personal laboratory.  He loved what he did,  he jumped at each new chance to find the odd and off the wall creation,  but he loved finding the dangerous ones most of all.  He made it his duty to collect and safeguard the world from all the creations that meant to do it harm.

Fintas has few worshipers, mostly craftsmen and tinkers.  Those who love discovering how things work.  His faith has a base church within the vast city of Hollowmount.
